Hello,Has anyone sent direct mails to landlords for master leasing, if so what have you wrote in the letter?

We hope to achieve $700/room for the two rooms that will be sharing the bathroom, and $900/room for the master bedroom with a separate bathroom.

The same thing happened to the shower in the master bath.

It has two baths, but not a true master bath. 

It is a Short Term Rental via Master Lease. 

Since then I became really engaged in my work getting several promotions and have recently completed my Masters but the only thing that holds my interest lately is real estate.

I keep another tacked to the wall above the toilet paper in the master bath.

I called and drove over immediately to see what was going on and found two small places of mold in a closet that backed against the master bath.

I have a property management company but I am leaning toward converting my clients to Master Leases.
