you add on line.. tv guru  and all the other training companies and you have massive amounts of newbies.I always say there is NOT ENOUGH deals to go around if everyone who is a BP member went to a seminar did a bus tour and then the organic investors who never heard of BPBP is mainly a beginner website.. you see that in the posts IE did my first deal congrats and all that.but I would say only 1 in 10 to 20 or maybe more who post here ever do anything more than buy a rental or two.

Wohlwend Yes, that is something I am afraid of, having a bank pull my credit and see massive credit card debt.

I understand what they're trying to do but A) the claim of massive evictions is completely bogus IMO, and B) Every action always has unintended consequences.

That interest rate reduction is a massive investment in yourself that will (most likely) cost nothing but a few hours of your time and energy. 

Doing something as simple as changing the way you phrase something can make a massive difference.

I also didnt make it a priority and charged them a massive maintenance fee for turning it all back on Saturday evening. 

Without going into massive detail, we extended deadlines once and then needed to again, but by then they had found a back up offer. 

They are paying battery owners and still generating a massive profit. 

He does massive brrr projects.

Don't plan on it being a massive money maker if at all.
