That is completely irresponsible and the main reason the market and this country are in the mess we are in.Too many greedy and irresponsible investors along with greedy loan officers and bank CEO's all want to have the American tax payer bail them out.

Further, the loan owner and the servicer (where you main the check) may be different companies, and I'm sure a change in servicing rights isn't recorded.

I can't really see bringing manufacturing back, mainly because we are used extremely low cost of goods and nobody will work as cheap as the Chinese, Indians, etc.However, I do see America creating a totally new mini economy like we did with the Internet.

In my contracts I have the following main points:•Scope of the work to be done•Agreed upon price and draw schedule•Timeline•Clean up after yourself clause•Not responsible for subs•Insurance I believe the scope of the work, price, and timeline are the most important to getting the job done.
