That needs to be in place when you close.Change the locks on day 1.You can get a head start on picking out your finishes - floors, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc.You should get a good Realtor on the project too.

So, if a missing heir surfaces, an unknown municipal lien comes to light, or a improperly prepared survey led you to believe you owned land you find out you don’t, a properly endorsed title policy will require that the insurer make you whole.In some states, title insurance services are separate from escrow services, and you may be able to hire an escrow company without the purchase of title insurance.

In cheap, hard-use C/D class rentals like mine, I'm a big fan of 3/4 in. solid hardwood finished-in-place with 3 coats of oil-based poly for its durability and longevity, not its look after it gets beaten up over the years. 3/8 in. engineered will look great when you install it, but it won't hold up to decades of hard use and the kind of light spot-refinishing with a belt sander that I do.

Here's a quick one I'm hoping someone would be able to shed some light or experience on - I have heard from some people that it is a great idea to fit out an apartment with nice and modern furniture, maintain it well and rent it out for a couple of thousand Rand more than a similar empty unit.
