PMI is actually a company, a brand. 

This person / company was frequently well known by the Department of Environmental Quality, and may have been employed by them prior to their striking out and forming their own wetland consulting company.

I called the company (mohawk) and they said that they do not suggest "against" installing this in the bathroom, but hey do suggest to clean any spills immediately to prevent damage to the subfloor. 

And for the companies that endorse WealthAbility, I would think twice about putting your stamp of approval on such a sleazy sham of a business.

They will always tell you an older system is to small because newer codes have required larger systems with newer builds today.

That could be a classic example of mixing monies, thereby rendering the LLC pointless, or it could be setup as a property management company with paperwork showing that it is renting out the property on behalf of the owner.

Buying multi-family units on larger lots of 1/2 acre or more and planting back half with trees for tax exemption.
