I got a call from a lady 2 weeks ago.  

The lady told me that it is not possible for me to get a home loan because of my lack of credit history.

Just my luck it was a little old lady willing to get me some information about the house. 

This poor lady had to waste an afternoon driving this schmuck around.

I sold the lady on myself.

Now I remember not having a lot of furniture when I rented my first apartment age 22 but this lady is probably closer to 40 and can seemingly afford to live in an apartment in an "A/B" neighborhood.Any thoughts?

After all that the lady at the bank we were dealing with only wanted to give us 40k.
