Who is going to do all the paperwork, like keeping the LLC renewed?

One keeps reaching out and I would appreciate suggestions on declining without issues.

Considering the circumstances, I would really appreciate your opinions on whether I am being greedy with the listing price or whether I should be patient, keep the selling price as it is, and wait for a serious buyer. 

I am the buyers agent, and I project managed the rehab.

Keeping the power on is important for many reasons, but especially in the Summer to keep the house air conditioned.

So, yeah, it's very important to keep these ties going and make sure they're good for both sides.When you deal in real estate, money is an important part of the puzzle.
