Account Closed If you are assigning a contract, I do not believe that a mortgage on the property is not enough to make it nonassignable, however, for the end user to be given a free-and-clear title policy, there usually has to be a satisfaction of the mortgage lien on the home.

Taking action is not the problem at all, everything in the internet marketing world is automated so after a while it get's boring and now I want to build a New Business here in Louisiana.

If you live with roommates make sure you volunteer to pay all the bills (internet, cable, utilities, etc.) and be sure to collect from your roomates to pay off the bills.  

Sounds like it's mostly common sense as to what should (and should have) been done.I do wonder if anyone from the DFW area (Dallas, Fort Worth) (spelling it out, for those users who have alerts turned on) have a recommendation for an attorney.
