It doesn't take into account the condition of the property in the least, can get updated in a rather haphazard fashion, and really just tells you if the current owner is current on taxes!

Also, "notes" are specifically excluded from Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, so although personal property would qualify for 1031 Exchange treatment if you were exchanging it for other personal property, notes would not qualify.
