Doesn't take away from your initial point that the agent acted unprofessionally, but you'll save yourself a lot of headache by letting these kinds interactions roll of your back, instead of engaging in each one.

You should consider adding a profile picture, it helps enhance interaction within the community and makes you more recognizable.

To those that endorse someoneone from interaction and doing business, without any benefit, those endorsements are priceless.
