Buying my first duplex and the inspector found some evidence of wood destroying insectsOther inspection reports:Discoloration noted at roof sheathingJoints in the masonry deteriorated and should be repointedEfflorescence noted on basement surface Concrete cracking noted which is common as concrete ages and shrinkage surface cracks are normal Cracking visible in the garage floorGarage wall had damaged dry wallDo I need to be worried about any of the above inspection reports or these are normal and morning to worry about ?

My agent send an inspector, which i paid $350.   

I've been told by two termite inspectors who don't seem to be concerned about any possibility of any major structural damage that the problem is minor .

I would negotiate more and smaller draws so that if something doesn’t go right you aren’t out as much money.Get an independent inspector to check on the work.  

I have had inspectors get mad at me here for getting permits on cosmetic rehabs, but I have had other ones rake me over the coals for little BS.
