Having quite a bit of experience in the real estate syndication industry with various groups, I can say that they are a great company.

Aerojet Rocketdyne, which makes rocket engines and motors for the aerospace and defense industry, will expand its Huntsville operations with more jobs in a 379,000-square foot manufacturing facility near Huntsville International Airport, the aerospace and defense contractor said today.Operations in the leased building will begin in 2023 and “allow Aerojet Rocketdyne to increase manufacturing capacity for the nation’s defense production needs,” the company said.

The property management field is definitely not for everyone so that's exciting you found an industry where you are successful.

But- I can also think of lots of other things that your industry spends money on, that definitely doesn't justify the cost.Thanks again for posting your comments.Regards,Bill

My main goal is to get my feet wet in the industry and move on to investing. 

 My name is Alan Diamond in Rochester NY, I work in the high tech industry. 

I’ve known a lot of people who would’ve been great in this industry, who went with a big “trusted” brand and they got used up and spit out.

The ability to have access to the knowledge of other team members, leaders and etc  will move you so much faster than trying to figure everything out on your own. 

We have all followed the construction industry abandoning the starter home and just not building that inventory, but they have been building apartments.
