Now we pay 2 times a month and to keep my crews in Charleston I pay weekly.I under stand small time GC that do rental rehabs they need weekly pay.. as they can't carry jobs like established subs .My dry wall sub has 600 employees if that gives you an indication of their size... .And I can tell you the better and larger subs right now are killing it.... 

The company I work for just bought out another one there so I am taking that as indication they think the market will grow.

For what its worth, my opinion of Zillow is as follows:If I look at Zillow and it shows something drastically different than what I am planning, I consider this a decent indicator that my estimate may be worth further evaluating.Zillow uses some very advanced algorithms to determine value that can not be ignored (as much as people want to).
