You will be an independent contractor, paid daily once placement is verified, and receive $100 for proper placement of all signs(100 signs per route).

Are they an independent agent?  

For starters, you will need years of audited financials (very pricey) on your self and business.

Are wholesalers considered independent contractors, or do you form some sort of entity ( LLC, Limited Partnership, Corporation, etc.)?
