I've been in Logan since 2012 and haven't been too impressed with other PM companies from the tenant side.

@Zach Quick yes I am looking to owner occupy, but the individual I was talking to said I need more skin in the game with DP...however I was under the impression I would be able to get a loan with less DP

It is also impressive that you were able to switch gears so fast and found a property in such a phenomenal condition.

I was glad because I did not want to give the impression that I was trying to take advantage of an elderly person.

Deck over garage helps a lot just did a 2 flat in Logan Square with a roof deck and appraiser was saying how impressed he was with the deck. 

But perhaps that has changed in recent years since more properties have gotten online there.There's more but I'd rather get your input than go on and on about my own impressions.

I'm not impressed with the upleg properties my agent is showing me here.
