Hello BP, I am in the process of finalizing the AppFolio as the PM software for my in-house PM team (100 unit MFR) and wanted to hear any negatives from others who have implemented this software very recently (Ideally 2015 or late 2014; Note that they have added lot of functionality very recently including Alerts/reminders etc). 

I will take everything you have said and implement it.

This must have been implemented within the last 18 months. 

Gillette is great place for rentals but the coal business has dropped off due to the new stringent environmental rules the current administration has imposed.

It was about using a High Cash Value Participating Dividend Paying Mutually-Owned Whole Life insurance policy as a tool to implement the infinite banking concept to help build a long term estate and provide some flexible self lending options in the future as the cash value grows.

I work on the brokerage end of things with multifamily units, and our equity fund has implemented RUBS programs with larger buildings they have purchased, but it seems to me it would be hard to gain the economies of scale associated with the costs of implementing a RUBS program without doing this to a 30-35+ unit building.

Only Tom King knows what he meant; I'll guess that there are some towns that will make their municipal inspections more stringent, that neighbors will complain to code enforcement, etc.

We have some ideas for the website that will make it more useful to us which we will be implementing in the future.
