AppFolio or Any other PM software?

Hello BP, I am in the process of finalizing the AppFolio as the PM software for my in-house PM team (100 unit MFR) and wanted to hear any negatives from others who have implemented this software very recently (Ideally 2015 or late 2014; Note that they have added lot of functionality very recently including Alerts/reminders etc).

I work on the brokerage end of things with multifamily units, and our equity fund has implemented RUBS programs with larger buildings they have purchased, but it seems to me it would be hard to gain the economies of scale associated with the costs of implementing a RUBS program without doing this to a 30-35+ unit building.
