My recommendation for anyone looking at this option is to make sure the numbers work as a regular rental property and then if your able to increase your return with AirBnB consider it a bonus.

some condos are pet-friendly, but they do have a limit, and are often more restrictive than the regular local ordinances for sure.I am also a big fan of the owner occupied duplex as a way to get started.
