As far as getting approved for the loan it shouldn't be an issue as long as your DTI is good.

So far so good, no complaints.

You never know when and how much, but it is good to be flexible and resilient and keep it all in perspective.

Having an operating agreement with protections for you are essential, and making sure to run good numbers and having a solid plan in place are what you'd need for this to work out.

What is good for you may not be good for me and vice versa.

I have a secured line of credit at my local bank, and for my first deal, I think that is a good way to start - with someone you know and is local.
