Pittsburgh is kind of under the radar and a lot of people think it's still some rust belt city that hasn't recovered from the steel industry leaving , but they are very diversified now with medical , education and other industries these days , their unemployment rate was also pretty low during the recession .

Sadly when the state pays for your medical/financial needs jump throught all hoops to prove they are poor and don't have much money/assets on hand...You seller owns a home and its considered an asset so if she sells she will lose her medicaid.

.-  Subfloors are saturated with moisture at some parts, leading to wood rot, fungus/mold, and obvious safety issues.-  The floor unit above the basement's problem site has a concerning issue with floor sloping/alignment.
