@James I have found that by providing a high quality product and keeping lines of communication open with tenants and neighbors in the neighborhoods where we own rentals has eliminated any negativity around our rental business.

But at the same time, none of this would have happened if they would have planned ahead and found storage for both the vehicles they knew they didn't have room for anyway.

I've found that for tile, the big box retailers Lowes and HD have a smaller selection from what's on display but are much cheaper than the specialty stores for a similar quality of flooring.
