There may be 2 houses between the 2700 and the 2800 block and only 2 lots, so it is not as easy as just counting the houses 2X2.So I am resourceful, I hit the CAD, foreclosure sites, even Zillow and Realtor to scour for owners of the house.

I personally don't see it.I can understand it with the PPMS for multi's that were done 3 to 5 years ago and values rocketed as rents increased and money became so available.I have only sold maybe 3 or 4 of my properties to tenants and these were pre foreclosures ( when you could legally buy them in Oregon) and the folks just bought their home back from me.Now as I exit the rental business My wife has one of her aggressive lenders calling the last 9 or 10 of my tenants and trying to qualify them to buy our homes.. other than one home the rest of my current rentals are all A class so if tenant does not buy they will be retailed.
