I didn't mean to imply you act that way, on your own tuffness is standing your ground, making the rules and insisting they comply, it's the psychology behind it with a bully, not getting into a fight or a yelling match......

Which is why insurance is best, they may go after your policy, but they will be fighting very deep pockets defending you.

If you don't want your HOA sticking their nose inside your door, I recommend you start contacting the neighbors to raise awareness and fight this before it is too late.
