After filling it with my purchased items a couple times it was pretty much a normal rehab.If it's a listing, you could try to find a cleanout company that will agree to be paid out of escrow, or there are lending programs that offer home renovation loans to fix up homes to be sold.Be careful working with wholesalers as an agent.

I’m 25 live at home and currently looking to jump into my first deal.Debt free.Been looking for out of state deals.But recently there’s this house that I’ve been keeping my eyes on. its had a for sale sign. now for a few good while now ( over 6 months for sure ) And recently another real estate company took over and put an open house sign.
