I think the decision whether I need to rebuild or walk will also depend on the amount of work.For now, I have been getting mixed opinions on the extend of the restoration - it sounds like the outside, the structure overall is ok.

In my opinion there are too many factors involved in an association that could disqualify the property as a deal and many of those things are not feasible to acquire in a couple of hours or perhaps even days.

He is unaware of the questions that I asked in my post, I guess I just wanted to get other opinions as well.But yes, I can see how questions 4 and 8 might show how new I am, but if I don't ask about questions 3 and 7, how will I know what the landlord is willing to work with?
