Hello Bigger Pockets Community,I'm an investor with experience in commercial and industrial spaces, now moving into residential land development in Georgia and the Carolinas, focusing on large tracts up to 100 acres.

I am fortunate to experience great success with my first property, however, with interest rates being higher than what it was in 2022, I was wondering if any investors in my area are finding any deals in this current market condition. 

For liability etc, I'd like to create an LLC that will own the house.Do I need to first subdivide my property in order for the LLC to assume ownership of it?

And wanted to know what everyone who uses it experience has been so far!

Do you know what your tax liability would be if you sold without a 1031?

If there is anyone in my area that would like to get together and share their experiences and knowledge I would appreciate it.
