The problem is you have to delead if a child under 6 lives there, and average cost in the state for that is well in excess of $10k/unit.

Hi Dustin,My general opinion is that the larger sites are extremely powerful marketing engines and you get what you pay for (though I think VRBO/HA are a bit excessive).
