Really enjoy rehabbing and doing quality work - makes those back-end sales so easy. 

Based on what I hear from different podcasts and articles by experts in this field, I feel that I will enjoy doing wholesaling and rehabbing/flipping.

If we can successfully flip and we enjoy the process, I'd love to make it a businessbusiness and flip more houses.

I know that's what I have done in the past and I know those in my market that enjoy that today. but its RELATIONSHIP... not computer TExt and phone.. eye ball to eye ball belly to belly. .buy your lender lunch etc.. to the extent they will give you that time.. create the relationship.

If that ever happens again watch out for AV then too.

I have been watching Brandon's webinar on the matter and I love the BRRR strategy but I don't know how to implement it in real terms.
