On whether this is worth getting into, it will really just depend on your strategy and end game.

The hard money lender would want to see the ARV which I would be kind of hard to pull comps on being that it’s a triplex.I know it can be a game changer for us if we are able to purchase it, or should I say WHEN we purchase it.

I am a pretty big video game geek that works remotely for an indie game publisher called Raw Fury that is based in Stockholm, doing global marketing and brand strategy.

I went to high school, got my diploma also a did running start and got my AA.Then, I went and pursued starting my Bachelors in Software development and gaming development.I am about 1/3 of the way through it right now and have about two more years left to finish it.

So instead of 'development and multi-family', start with 'networking, service, reading spreadsheets/analyzing, connecting with people, managing projects, etc....' basically write out whatever you really enjoy doing OR whatever skill you want to acquire... and find a job in RE that matches. because RE is so diverse and people oriented, you're bound to find something that suits you. 

My 1st property was a house hack of a three family property where I have been enjoying living free for just about 9 months now.

I'm playing the long game and not looking or needing to cash out any properties right now. 

Most of this is a numbers game and the boss has you doing the grunt work, maybe bring it up to him and see if he has experimented in the past with timing or if he hasn't suggest it now.
