“Doing business” means: (1) actively engaging in any transaction for the purpose of financial or pecuniary gain or profit; or (2) satisfying certain bright-line nexus thresholds consisting of sales, property, or payroll amounts.

And don't be the guy looking over the shoulder of the person you are talking to looking for the next person to talk to; really engage with who you're talking to.  

But most of the players I speak with believe that when push comes to shove the market will be propped back up.

Should I look for deals, THEN find all the players, or should I have ALL my ducks in a row prior to looking?
