That aside, whenever someone involves their attorney I engage mine, so depending on how comfortable you are with real estate in your area, get your own attorney to look at the docs before signing on the dotted line.

It sounds like your saying to engage in negotiations with the buyer to lower his price (low enough to where it works for the lender).

I wouldn’t be shocked if someone else comes in and becomes the dominant player in this niche.Younger people like technology, they want to open an app, select where they are or will be going, and find their lodging that way instead of various searches to find hotels that will have inefficient staff working, which in turn is costing them more money to stay at the hotel.

It would not hypothetically be me (or anyone else here) that you have to justify your "intent" to as being true, it would be a judge appointed by someone elected by the voters, so there's no point in engaging in a series of "but what about if..." with me (or other posters), since I'm not (and I assume this is true of most others, as well) a judge. :)"If i don't refinance that loan or anything to cause the lender to know the property is a long term rental, would it not matter?"

Overnight rentals obviously existed beforehand, and some of the experienced players have said that the bigger and luxury properties fell the hardest as well as generic properties with no view.
