If we rented and held the property long term we have plenty of room to build out the modern duplexes that seem to be getting built everywhere around us.Wanted to STR this house but the city has a limit of 60 days and all kinds of other rules so that is out.Have checked and can long term rental.Let me know if I have missed anything to help address this.

@Patrick BergeronThere is a 45 day moratorium on processing any new STR permits which most likely will be extended to address and tighten up STR regulations.

Make sure a contact name, phone number, and e-mail address are included on the cover letter.

Hi,I was wondering had a Rough idea of cost of running electricity on new construction for a tiny home, 300 sq ft, with poles on the property.Also if we build multiple tiny homes all needing power on the property, is there an efficient cheaper way to do that instead running power overhead to each one.

It does not need to show any coverage info or premium info, just the effective dates, the location address of the property and the insurance carrier. 

Just wanted to ask everyone for their input on what they think is the most efficient way to use the site.

@Jason Howard Marden not sure if you are talking kids or 2 but one thing you should look at immediately is if there is hazardous play ground equipment and send a notification addressing that too.

What @Luke Carl has listed above is a very good start to what should be in you operating agreement.Think what could be an issue or disagreement in the future and address it in writing now.Also what happens to the share of the person that dies first?

What is your process for inspections throughout construction, final walk-through, and addressing matters that need to be corrected or finalized?
