You are selling a name like a company that sells a mailing list.If you want to get paid if and when a deal is done you are saying you want a fee paid to you conditional upon a RE transaction completing.

They basically have your information "plugged" in to their mls/contact manager and it sends you the emails with the agents info on it.

I would consider the proper value of a property to be the inflation adjusted value from about 1998, unless there are other factors.I lived in Houston in the middle 80's when people mailed their keys to the mortgage company.
