One thing that will help get rid of the humidity is to actually turn the heat on it will help dry things out., also with the dehumidifiers on .. the big industrial ones..

If all else fails in getting a loan for the repairs, my partners father would be willing to act as an investor for the amount of the repairs, for a small fee.let me know what I need to be thinking of in terms of laws, taxes, etc...It sounds so cut and dry to buy a house fix it and sell it, but I know that is not the case.
