My dream is to move on my first home in 2017, perhaps as an owner-occupied deal.

He may be honest or he may be throwing his weight around hard to say with out knowing more details.

I always had in mind, that we would move on and rent this one out, but I never looked into the actual cash flow or tax incentives, as it was honestly nothing more than an idea (or dream).

I would really.like to find an investor to help me get started with my dream.
