This is very interesting for my seller financing strategy I plan on deploying and could be of benefit to the OP (My strategy is to buy free and clear properties with 100% seller financing with prepayment lockout for 15-20 years with a market interest rate).

I am is the same boat as OP, looking to build a team, but overwhelmed with the process, where to start, etc.

@Kevin Martin Well, no, what the OP said was "ALL IN", this means that on the construction side, it includes the land, dividing/re-platting the lot(s), plans, permit, utilities, government fees, building construction costs, flatwork, landscape, and occupancy permit, on the contractor side, it shall also include any and all profit, overhead, and any other contingency, on the investor side, it also includes the research, buying and selling fees, holding costs, agent fees, and any other expenses associated with buying and selling.

I can't get behind the OP because to me tripadvisor is a total joke and waste of time. 

Assuming that I would be your real estate broker (of course once we build some type of trust and a business relationship), I even manage small buildings, condos or co-ops, etc.

@Mark S. mark I was not referring to making payments every 2 weeks I was referring to the OP's post concerning the use of a third party.

I'm in a similar boat as OP, just curious what your thoughts are!
