@Marty Hyland personally I would put a due diligence clause in the contract that gives you an out if you later discover liens.

Before ratification the buyer will likely still want to negotiate on items discovered in an inspection however they will be more inclined to be very reasonable with what they are asking for because they don’t have it locked up yet.

I myself just discovered the knock downs and will be trying them on my next rehab.
