I always figure out a way to solve a problem and won't take no for an answer.

Wasting a month or more of their precious time while you look for and end buyer could destroy them financially and give you a bad reputation, so be prepared before you go in, knowing that you can ultimately help the seller solve their problem.

Now I’m faced with a dilemma.

I think some people want to use creative financing that they try to fit a square peg into a round hole when they should be looking to solve the seller's problem.

So it really doesn't solve the root problem.In your case I think your husband is right on the nose.
