@Estefania Lozano Hi, by reading throught the comments and looking at the situation, and keep in mind this is my point of view, you need to have her go, give her the 300 back, it is nothing compared to the headaches and bills that will pile up such as, pest control, turn over on the adjacent properties, legal fees, evictions, I can go on.

I would venture to say that what you are describing is that speculators have been buying up lots in Kensington (speculators do such things because they are using money to purchase items that they think may do this or that), but investors are only the ones who purchase based on what the market is proving a willingness to do. 

I think this is a reasonable way to describe the situation if you're looking at it in relative terms.

Terms of the JV might need to be hammered out, but the two partners should just be the cash (you) and the titleholder (B) in my view.

Not knowing your area, but maybe your tenants are roughing it a bit (from my point of view, it is NH afterall) and will have a small 2000W generator.
