I know tht realtors who want to build long term relationships will need to pay attention to the power of the web and social networking.I think one of the drawbacks might be the need for increased security from hackers seeing that large databases will probably be centralized.I noticed google is willing to provide info, tool, training and hosting for those wanting to develope their own projects.http://code.google.com/The internet is evolving so rapidly, with opportunities presenting themselves daily, that I'm planning on going back to school and focusing on web programing.

I currently own my own sports supplement business and personal train as well. i am getting married in june and have always wanted to invest into real estate. i am tired of trading time for money so starting next week i am only personal training from 530am to noon monday through friday and the rest of time i want to spend learning the game of real estate.

In 2008 the rules are changing and you will need a college degree to be licensed and you will have to be Certified (more schooling and another test) in order to be supervisor to any trainees.It is very difficult to get work as a trainee, as it takes time and work to train someone.

You can always go get a bachelor's degree later in life if you choose to, but your best bet given your interests would be to take on that internship and get KW to pay for your real estate training and license.
