I've learned a great lesson.....I need to have more than one objective inspection, talk to more agents and customers of the particular company I am going to do business with, and I need to clearly see what the city requirements are for rental properties before I go forward with my next investment.

I am new to the forum.My question is what type of add on services are agents providing their customers these days?

Obviously, the number will vary by region and property type but I imagine I should lower the monthly amount dedicated to this line item once I hit a certain number.

Companies in the IT and software world use these tools most often, but I think we'll see more people embracing these tools and customizing them to work for their specific industries.

Tell them clearly that you give them the opportunity to keep the mortgage with them and that you prefer the convenience and no cost of a reset, but if not you will shop with someone else for a full refi and they will loose you as a customer.

My agent set up a custom listing for me that targeted the zip code I wanted to buy in at the price range I determined.

Customer name - address - email - phone - dates - rate - etc. 

Take the time to set up a dedicated website, and use that site as your email address.

New constructions provide a lot of benefits for investors like low maintenance, home warranty, premium rental rates, and customization for use as a rental.
