Several lots have great lake views, several other lots will have decent lake view and most lost will have great trees.

If you have a decent to good W2 income, good credit you should have no issues getting 2 loans.

If the market is decent size with a growing population, you can always sell it after you learn all the great lessons your first park teaches you.

There seems to be a common theme in any industry where experience is required but no one wants to give you a shot to get that initial experience.

One of the units appear to be in decent shape but the other unit needs some work.

All in all, there is a long list of boxs to check off to get a decent builder who can actually complete a multi-unit build.

There are many others with similar interests, to one degree or another.I'm open to the space, have the projects where we could implement some of the concepts on a decent scale, but don't know enough to really apply it.
