Hi @Cee Williams - congrats on overcoming the biggest hurdle a lot of first timers face, the mental block! 

He had some sort of mental breakdown or something so this was not a habitual troublemaker. 

Showed the house before we were ready to because her mother is a neighbor and was looking for her daughter, Short story is she loved it and it was close to her mother which is where she wanted to be. 

I didn't negotiate it too much because the home belonged to her special needs daughter's Trust.

Perhaps you are just not in a good mental space to start a business?

My realtor had learned from the listing agent that the owner of the home had passed away and her daughter, the sole next-of-kin, was the one selling it.

Hey @Shlomi Mor - you've already done two of the hardest things when investing in real estate, overcoming the mental hurdle & narrowing your search criteria. 

I would reach out to the daughter and see what she wants to do.  

I was in route to engineering myself before I decided I would lose a lot of time with my daughter.
