Flipping can then use those skills (and those are some major skills) and use them in more advanced mode because there are now more numbers, property quality is more key, and you have to move a lot faster.

I might try to spray paint the light fixtures and door knobs.I'm not skilled enough to remove all of the facuets without damaging them, but might try to concoct some way to spray paint then with plastic bags to protect what I don't want painted (the sink).
