I will check out Zillow and realtor.com for sure, they are just much more time consuming I’ve come to find out as I can’t filter for not being a 55+ or country club on Zillow which is what a huge amount of properties are in my price range.

That seems very time consuming for just an initial analysis.

Have you considered maybe a zone variance or is that too time consuming for the deal you currently have going?

The problem is they make the process so time consuming with forms and inspections and etc etc in order to "help" the vets, but what happens is most owners would then rather rent to a "normal" (sorry, for lack of better term) tenant. 

There are a bunch of ways to help prove yourself to a Lender, but staying healthy in these four categories will put you in the best position to get approved and ready to shop for your next deal. 

The barrier to entry and price to rent ratios are still solid in many Cleveland neighborhoods, as with all products and services you have to provide something that the consumer wants.
