If it’s not a pandemic then it will be something else, you can always find a reason to wait if your not confident or scared.

Have the confidence in your voice as if this is your 50th transaction.

Once you know what to do and are confident (without having to ask strangers on a forum for their thoughts) then you will be ready to buy your first property. 

While I'm confident that I'll still have a job, I could be making significantly less. 

In short, we will NOT buy a property unless we are reasonably confident that we can buy it, do NOTHING and sell it for a profit.
