It's not that you and close family members, personal assistants, and partners will share ONE license even if it's just a short period of time for each (more like a "Seat License" where anyone at the computer).In a "Named User" model, you can typically let others use the license as long as it's just one person during the period -- a week, month, etc.

When you start a flip you 1:setup a new account2:create categories (ie, kitchen, bath, plumbing, landscaping, etc, etc)3: as you make purchases take pictures of the receipts via the phone app and choose the category 4: via the web browser (computer) portal you the administrator can go through and verify all the incoming receipts5: then you can create reports showing who's spending how much on what very easily
