The market here is growing fast, with out of town have you thought about a property management company to help you manage them while you are not here.

When it comes to the home remodels and renovations, there are many construction companies offering specialized services.

Also, I'll probably need a recommendation for a septic company.

Does anyone have any recommendations of companies they have used in the past?

i have also heard discussions about doing your own title search in the first place.. and not getting insurance or having a title company do itthe threshold of whether or not to do it  seems to be the cost of the property...

Will you pay a management company or will you self manage?
