I have taken a lot of advice from reading other threads and just want to thank the community for the help!

Hey BP community, I'm going to be walking through a commercial property in a downtown area that has potential to be a flip and hold.

sounds like a convenient cop-out to me. i'm all for people experimenting like this, especially when it benefits the community. as far as tracking hours, most volunteer organizations already do this. if you're sending them volunteers i'm sure they'd be happy to send you accounting of hours volunteered.

Not just for my family, but even my community, if I can achieve so much.
