What is your favorite color?

Get it past closing....that's all that matters to the seller.You can try to cover the repaired areas with an oil based primer that is tinted similar color to the paint and then do a couple coats.  

Solid colors do exist, but it isn't readily available like the armstrong tiles you can get at any HD/Lowes.

Each one comes with a full-color photos of "before" and "after." 

One may be in a lower end neighborhood where you can get away with spraying the entire house in one color where another needs 3 different color schemes (one for ceilings, one for walls, one for trims).

Now we're seeing about 1%, maybe 2% when using handwritten letters, brightly colored envelopes, pictures of you or your family (bonus points if you have a dog), etc to grab attention.

No uniformity in color or landscaping, etc.

Black granite seems very popular with builders, recieved a price 20% less than lowest other color. 

My parents have no clue what buyers are looking for and have already painted portions of the house horrendous colors.

One suggestion would be to allow a color choice for the population growth to be absolute (# change) or relative (% change).
