We do have children, so a safe area is a requirement as well. 

I have found a condo that the condo association is investor friendly and allows to sublease both long term and short term (condo president himself used to do STRs until he had children). 

Maybe you can take pics of the bathrooms, kitchen, and general areas without furniture.
