But they never inform us of the increased premiums, even when they already sent us the quotation for a different price.And when they do not give me the answer clearly, they mentioned that I can terminate the policies if I do not like.

While that is a huge jump in deductible, my thinking is that we should avoid submitting any claims anyways since that would likely result in premiums being jacked up the following year or even droppage of coverage.

You can list at market rent rates and there is a good chance of applying tenants to qualify for the entire amount because the HUD FMR is even higher.

So if numbers pencil similarly for a deal in a vacation market as for an urban market, and potentially even slightly worse, it could still be worth investing in said vacation market instead of said urban market.

Seems like you should be cash flowing better than 5300/month even if you have monthly PM fees.In theory, you should be able to access 75% of that 1.2 million - 900k, but you will be DSCR constrained.
